Having performed in myriad styles and forms of dance in musical theater, Michael maintains, “The ideal training is still ballet.” Essential to every dancer is a core technique, cultivated by the use of extension, rotation, and opposition, which in turn develop aplomb, coordination, agility, buoyancy, and complete musicality.
